They were very willing to fix my haircut, no charge. I had shown pics and asked for a short low maintenance haircut for my fine thin hair- my original hair dresser was great but seemed timid on the cut- too long- as well as needing more care than I wanted on a daily basis. Next day I called back and explained. They told me to please come right back in cuz they want me to love it! I had a trainer, Cynthia, redo it, cut it much shorter like I wanted and I'm very happy with it. Thank you so much!

After many attempts of trying to find a hair color formula I like, which has been condescendingly noted that I’m really grey, I still walked away unhappy with what I paid for. It was not what has been accomplished in the past. I was told to bring a picture??? Come on, if I say eggplant color and you pride yourself on aveda color, then I shouldn’t have to stand in the sun to figure out if my hair has an eggplant hue! Hom many times does my formula need to be in your system? It’s hit or miss at this place and even the service ranges from belittling to super nice.

Rue is awesome and always makes sure to provide the little things that make a big impact. For example, I feel so pampered when she puts a hot towel on after washing my hair. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Have been a client for years—love this place!

Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I have been extremely happy with every visit. My first stylist, Yvette left to go teach at the Aveds School, and I was so fortunate that Yaneth took me in I just love her! She is amazing and I just love her!
