Paid 89 for the guy to tell me what is wrong. Which is fine. Next day they call and say it’s 1200, for the part and labor. I Asked the representative to tell me how much part was and how much they were charging for the labor. She said they don’t do that, that they only give an estimate of the labor and part together but not separate. Then I Had another company one out and fix it for me and told me the part was only 380 and took less than an hour to change it. Makes me wonder if the company does this very often to more people. RIP OFF!!

Had a new system installed by Marlin James and it was the best decision we made. This is not my area of expertise and I really appreciated the way they explained the different options and helped me to make the best decision. They also did some changes that helped cool certain rooms better which was greatly appreciated. We're more comfortable than even and our electric bill is lower. The crew was great and cleaned everything up after the installation. Even the branches etc that they cut down they cleared up. Super professional service. Happy members of Red's Club as well . 10/10 would recommend.

We got quotes from four vendors. Allen from MJ offered the best value (price and warranty) for our needs. After we signed the SOW they started within the week. They got the job done in one day - complete a/c and ductwork replacement. (The foreman Larry was professional, caring and fun to work with.) Great job all!!
