Been going here for over 15 years. Always so accommodating and all staff members genuinely care about our fur babies. The vets and vet techs are always straight forward on what is needed and don't try to talk you into anything unnecessary. Definitely recommend!

vet was super kind, you're not able to go in with your pet which is understandable because of covid. The most fairly-priced vet I've seen in the area but its still a bit expensive although the vet was straight forward about what my dog would need and didn't make me pay for labs/tests that were unneccessary.

We were not previously clients of Mars Hill but had an emergency at a time that our regular veterinary office was closed. The Mars Hill staff worked us into their schedule immediately. Dr. Gross and his staff were all incredibly compassionate to us during a difficult time and we are forever thankful for them helping us.
