Arrived for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, but one of my tires had gone flat while traveling to your dealership. It turned out it had been slashed. Your dealership didn't have the tires I needed in stock and I needed to catch the ferry back to Martha's Vineyard that day so the Service Dept. called around other nearby tire places until they found one that had the tires I needed in stock and set me up with an immediate appointment. I was VERY impressed and VERY grateful!

Make sure you get it in writing the days of a handshake and trust are gone. 10th new dump truck we have purchased and had upfitted. Asked three times about hitch showed up without hitch plate they plasma cut off the one installed on the truck and kept it. Then sent me a picture of it explaining the hitch is PART of the dump body then I was told should have gotten it in writing. I was born at night JUST NOT LAST NIGHT.....I will never ever go here even if they are the last car dealer on earth...I will buy a new pair of sneakers first.
