This place was awesome! Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Tyler Johnson was the salesman who helped me. He was very professional and knows his stuff! Most definitely gained a loyal customer!!

The timing and friendliness of the service department at Matt Taylor Kia is great! My wait was set for 4 hours, yet it only took them an hour and a half to complete the service required for my recall notice. However, the employees failed to wear facial coverings properly. This is a really unprofessional practice to maintain, considering we are in the midst of a deadly pandemic that has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans. I get that it's a minor inconvenience, but when lives are at stake, it needs to be taken. If these precautions were taken, this review would be 5 stars. Hopefully the person who reads these for the dealership takes this seriously.

I recently had an amazing experience at Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster, Ohio. Their service manager Todd always provides exceptional customer service. So much so, that when it was time to get a new car, I wanted to buy one from there, because I wanted my future car to be serviced by Todd and his team. My sales person Jake was excellent, and literally went the extra mile to be sure I got exactly what I wanted! James, the Managing partner saw to it personally that I had the best possible service throughout the entire process and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend Matt Taylor Kia to anyone looking to buy a new or used car in the Columbus Area or Fairfield County. I truly had an 5 star experience!
