I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Elise at customer service was happy, professional and personal. She took the time to explain my vehicle's warranty and the type of oil I needed to maintain my warranty. This was my first oil change after I purchased my vehicle from Matthews Motors. It was free. Nice clean waiting area. Didn't take long. I will be back.

Arrived on Saturday morning with the intention of looking at SUVs. Quickly found the ones I had previewed from the website, viewing them inside and out, and ready to test drive. Ali , from the sales team, welcomed me and we sat down to start the process. The entire team that I dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable. From start to finish it was under 2 hours that I was on the lot. Quick and efficient!

I had a struggling credit history. I was back on track 1yr ago, until the Coronavirus made itself present. My credit score was below 500.I went to so many dealers, and yes I understand a large down payment was expected, especially when you drive by a car dealership and see the car you want in the front row.When I kept seeing MATTHEW MOTORS ADVERTISEMENTS, I changed the channel. Then one day I woke up with them in mind, and went down to Clayton. And they were just as advertised but more. I will never go to a auto dealership on another trade in deal. There at Matthew Motors they superseded my expectations. I was a little feeling helpless with my credit score issues. All I can say is don’t go anywhere else EVER until you go there, the reviews are accurate. If you have similar problems as explained give them a try, it would be your fault if you don’t.

I purchased my first car last Friday! I had been referred by a mailer. I asked around and found that they have a good reputation. I spoke to Andi and Victoria a few times and let them know my situation. I told them my down payment amount and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. The pre-qualification application was quick and easy. I filled it out online. I checked the website and told them the cars I was interested in. My appointment was with Keith Woodard. He was funny, professional and personable. His approach was really conversational. We took a 10 minute test drive! The monthly payment is a tad bit higher than I originally intended, but I can live with that. Carlos, the banker was great, too! I was there for 2 1/2 hours and drove home in my first car from a dealership! All & all, a great experience! Ring the bell when you make your purchase, ask for Keith and tell 'em Terri sent you!
