If you're looking for a reliable car with top notch customer service go see Danielle and Brina at the Roseville Mazda. I arrived and Danielle was there to greet me right away and had a few cars lined up for me to compare. I saw the white Mazda CX5 and knew instantly that was the one! The process was quick and easy! Brina explained all the paper work and answered all my questions. They take really good care of you and don't pressure you into anything you're unsure of which I appreciate. Super friendly staff, I'm very pleased with the whole experience and of course my new car!!

Wonderful experience! Had my 2010 Mazda3 towed into the service center after some scary transmission issues on the freeway. Chris in service was able to get me a loaner vehicle and reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. With 123k miles on it, I wasn’t willing to pay that much. Enter Danielle. We started discussing my options, and I decided it was time to trade-in the old car and start looking at new. She quickly quoted me a trade-in value (can’t believe I got anything for it!) and we narrowed down the car I wanted to buy. She knows her stuff and wasn’t pushy at all! While we waited for the finance office to be available, she sat with me in the car and went over all the features, synced my phone to it and helped install the app. We had a blast together! Then Craig was available to assist me with financing. Quick, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Went over everything in great detail, answered any questions I had. Overall a wonderful experience. Three weeks ago, me and my dad bought a car for my mom 2021 Mazda cx5. It's extremely nice car, pretty fast and service us really good. We got really patient client specialist Tony Sanchez. We looked at a lot of cars, when we took one of the cars on the test-drive, Tony noticed white 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring which was exactly what we wanted.
