Excellent customer service and great professional employees.
I needed to transport my mom to hospital so I called them. The young man and his partner were so nice and patient. My mom was very nauseous when they sat her down and they were very patient and waited til she finished vomiting. They made her smile eventhough she was feeling very bad and in pain. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would call them again if i need their services.
Worst service ever!! The 2 females that arrived to pick up my brother shoved his face into an bag to throw up, they grabbed him from the hair and would demand him to throw up in the emesis bag. Now the reason they were called was because he was unconscious , yet the wanted him to act as if he was fully alert. The unit that picked him up was 165..two females on the plumpy side. These 2 females should not be on the medical field if they do not know how to take care of people. No people skills, not compassionate at all. They both are in the wrong field!
