Jackie was so amazing. I really enjoyed her personality, having a conversation with her made me feel like I was talking to someone I’ve known for years. She’s very good at explaining and answered all of my questions over the phone. Jackie was patient and made sure I was taken care of before hanging up. Speaking with her encouraged me to finally make up my mind and set up my appointment. 5 stars for Jackie

Extremely happy with the orthodontist care my daughter when she got her braces at RGV Orthodontist! Staff was always courteous and knowledgeable, they were quick to help with the payment plans and worked with our insurance hassle free. Office was always clean and presentable and inviting. Great location off 10th and Martin.Would and have definitely recommended this orthodontist office!!!

We have had a wonderful experience with our son’s journey for straight teeth! Staff is very helpful and friendly and the process was smooth. Even with COVID-19 we had several appointments and the office protocols really follow CDC guidelines. Now on to my next child!
