Greatest salesperson ever! Dani DiCapua made my whole process so seamless and easy. The car I originally went to look at couldn't hit my price range, she pulled up their inventory and found another vehicle just like it, if not a little better, that was in my price range. She never stopped looking for something I'd like.

I've done business w all of your questioned places. I'm most discouraged because I was told that my 2020 Sonata does NOT come w 3 years of oil changes and tire rotations at my last oil change. I have NOT had this car for even 1 year yet and when I purchased the car, the samples person and finance person said it comes w 3 yrs. Service told me I have only 4 oil changes left! NOT HAPPY. I was also expecting to get the first 3 months of payments paid for me during the beginning of covid for buying a brand new Hyundai, to find out later that it ONLY was applicable to those that financed through Hyundai Finance. Had mentioned it to the salesman at the time of the sale and he told me to not bring it up. Also, my window guards were not of what I had told you I had wanted. Very discouraged and upset. Need that 3 year oil change and tire rotation that was said to be part of the complimentary package, as well as the other things mentioned.

Great experience with our purchase at McCarthy Blue Springs Hyundai. Our salesperson Andrew Barreto was exceptional, no pressure but more than confident in his knowledge of the autos we wanted to look at. Definitely happy with our experience, the follow up phone calls to check on us, and even a video Andrew sent us of the car we were considering... that probably sealed the deal :-)
