This place, y'all... first time I ever bought a car. I was sooo nervous and out of my element. But from the second I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was a guest at a luxury resort. I kid you not! They offered drinks and a place to sit... and my rep, Bill Stouffer, made everything so easy! I told him what I wanted, what my budget was, and he totally just made it happen. And I am IN LOVE WITH MY CAR! And their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty? Why go anywhere else!? LOVE LOVE LOVE McCluskey Chevrolet, and I will never buy another car anywhere else! 10 out of 10! Thank you, McCluskey!

The oil change and checklist was fine. The servicemen did not run my car through the car wash as promised. This has happened twice now. In addition I had prints in my floor from boots and grease on my door handle from dirty hands. Kind of disappointed. Checkout process was too long. I don’t know if I’ll be back. I come to the dealer because I want exceptional service. I don’t think that is what I am receiving for the price I pay.

The star of the show was hands down the salesman who greeted me at the door and guided me along and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Everything happened effortlessly and smoothly. Jeff Schreiber was absolutely amazing and I am telling my sister and a friend to go there and talk to him and I will continue to send people your way. The man in charge of financing also did a fantastic job, and all the employees who I passed by seemed to be genuinely happy to be there and pleasant. I live in the small town of Hillsboro, OH which is over an hour away. Yesterday I stopped in our local Chevrolet dealership about how much it would cost to have running boards installed. What a difference in atmosphere. No one greeted me. I had to find out for myself where to go. Someone asked me to move my car. I could not find anyone. No one seemed happy to be there. The overall vibe doesn't get you excited to buy a car the way it does at your dealership. 5 STARS all the way!!!
