The google searches for buy here pay here seem to bring me back to this location as being one of the best ... but I’m afraid to buy from this location cuz I know someone who has being trying to fix a payment issue here for over 5 months and no one calls him back . They basically have his title held hostage lol . I need a car bad , but not be able to get in contact with someone who would help ? That’s crazy ... I’ll go by and check to see what they got on the lot but it’s scary to think I’d get the same treatment

We bought a 07 camery from them over a year ago and haven’t had one problem great car.little interior damage no biggie the only problem with the car is the struts were bad and had to replace them other than that it’s a great car little over priced but overall ok.the people who work there aren’t to happy when we make our payments over the phone every other week. They sound miserable with there jobs but overall I guess they are ok

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Not only did I get a car that was supposed to be getting “fixed” before my fiancée and I got it but it literally broke down on us a week after getting because they are not honest people! When I called the owner about the problem he was very rude and hung up on me saying, “well then you should have bought a new car.” For some odd reason we kept the car. Now recently with the pandemic going on we have been talking with the lady that always answers the phone (not sure her name) she is very rude and hung up on me after I was trying to understand why I needed to pay something that was HER fault. We do plan on suing this company for their unprofessionalism & just lack of knowledge of customer care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT A CAR THAT ACTUALLY DRIVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE.
