Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and i called around 3 left message to see where they were, called this morning and they were supposed to check and let me know. I called back before they closed no response. Delivered just now with what looks like scraps they picked up off the floor. I grew up in a florist so I know the difference!! Do not recommend at all!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! this place is so unprofessional. I made a same day delivery order yesterday morning and STILL my order was not delievered. I wasn't notified, yet i was charged full price the same day. I have called several times and sent them email and none have been answered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. They were not delivered on 2/14, nor did anyone bother calling to let me know that they wouldn't be there. That night, I left a message with them explaining that since the flowers had not been delivered, I expected my credit card to be refunded for the full amount of the purchase. They never responded to that call, and my card was charged for the full amount. The flowers showed up on 2/15. I try to always support local businesses, but I won't order anything from them again.
Unbelievably helpful shop manager Bradley really saved the day. Definitely went the extra mile to personally deliver a gorgeous arrangement for my Aunt’s 89th Birthday after an online snafu. Thanks again Bradley! You’ve proven that human kindness and compassion still exists. Lisa’s House of Flowers is the only florist in N.C. I will use in the future.
