I received a call from them the day before my appointment. The lady asked a lot of questions about my health over the phone and was very rude! She hurt my feelings so bad I didn’t even go to my appointment. The staff at that front desk really need to learn how to talk to people!

Brought in a patient for a first time consult. The ladies at reception were loud and very chatty. I also noticed the black lady getting snippy over the phone. I also overheard them complaining about a patient on the phone. Very disappointed and disgusted as soon as I walked in.
