Terrible customer service. Purchased a 3500 swingset. Was never told it was on back order due to covid. Owner didn't even have the decency to call even though we put money down. After finally ending up with a swingset it was missing how many pieces and they didn't even make good on it. I was forced to run around to get the parts and didn't even get an apology. Extremely disorganized and rude company and the owner is a creep. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
