All around great experience. I'm one who takes the time to check reviews and even check references, and Melody has a great reputation. My personal experience with now two 'smart' home installs and one at each of our offices has been one of great engineering, excellent value for any hardware, as well as quick response and service if/when needed. You'll save a ton of money and you'll be very pleased with the result. Really!
I have had Melody do 4 jobs from alarms to RV installs and they were so professional. They showed the entire family how to work all the products they installed and the owner personally came out to inspect the job and that is professional service and a caring owner.
