Antoinette McCauley i enjoy coming to Memphis Pediatric knowing that I am going to have a great visit and with Dr. McDonald she makes the visit warm. You can talk to her about anything and everything concerning your children. She goes above and beyond for patients.

My boys and I have been part of Memphis Street pediatrics for 14 years. In those 14 years they have not only treated us very well but their doctor, Dr McDonald make us feel as if we are family. Dr McDonald not only takes care of my boys health but she is also part of our family village. As a mother of three boys I am able to talk to her not only in reference to my boys development and health but also I am able to ask her for resources that I may need to raise them appropriately as a single mother. I am able to call Dr McDonald using her own call hours no matter what time of day or night she will find a way to get back to me even if it's something small. I love the way she treats my boys as if they were her own and give positive feedback, she is also not afraid to redirect me as a mother while also making me feel secure as a mother . I look forward to seeing her when we go to Memphis Street pediatrics. I I trust her judgment, I trust her opinion because I know that she has my boys best interest at heart at all times. I would definitely recommend Memphis Street pediatric to everyone. I also feel comfortable with the staff in there customer service. The staff greet you when you enter the building and they make you feel welcome as well as making you feel like that you're part of the team.

Worst customer service . They receptionist will literally argue with you. Have an attitude for anything . You can’t ask them anything because they get bothered . My son has been coming here for 6 years . They never answer the phone even before the pandemic. They return your messages if you get lucky . Tbh . No appointment reminders or anything . And when you point it out they get agitated. So unprofessional. I work doing the same thing and patients are number one priority. Never leave on hold longer than 3 mins . Always have an upbeat attitude . Smile . Greet. Be more than glad to DO YOUR JOB. Not feel like I’m bothering you to do something you’re getting paid to do. Customer is always right remember that . Take some classes. These people are incompetent. And I’m reporting them to my insurance company. I’m tired of dealing with the non sense .
