I usually never shop at Menards, but I needed a natural gas regulator and a few other plumbing items that I couldn't find anywhere else on a freezing Saturday afternoon. Tom G. sold me as a new customer without even trying. He was a huge in helping me locate some of these items, you could tell he knew what he was talking about, his customer service was the best I have every experienced. I will never drive past a Menards for another store again. Thanks Tom G.

This place is so awesome. A two story Hardware Store, that is what I call a big box store. Everybody needs to go experience this

I love how much room there is in Menards, especially during Covid. I never feel like I'm constantly running into people like I do at WalMart. The grocery section could maybe be a little bigger but it's basically a home improvement store so they focus on just the basics, which is more convenient than Home Depot which doesn't sell food at all.

Great store! Two levels so they have a huge selection. Prices are very good, cheaper than most other places on many items. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

When I walked in, I thought the store was simply a hardware and outdoor store, but to my surprise they also had a beauty section in one of the aisles I walked through. So it would seem like a one stop shop if you needed to get outdoor stuff but also happened to need shampoo or something. The store wasn’t crowded, staffs chirpy and friendly
