Great experience from beginning to end! Aaron Heflin helped in so many ways throughout the process, and he was perfectly kind, professional, insightful, honest, and personable. We are very pleased all around with our new GLS450, with MBofBR, and with Aaron Heflin. The lady that helped with financials at the end of sale (sorry forgot her name, but she is from Kentucky) was awesome too. Also, Andrea in service has always been superb in servicing my S550! Top notch!!! Our dog, Stella, loves our MB’s and MBofBR too! Thanks!

************* March 2021 visit *********** I visited this location because the location nearest me was unable to provide an appointment within a reasonable time period. Road trip!!!! So was it worth the 45 minute drive, you ask? I found the service to be prompt & courteous. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable period of time that was to my liking. Ayanna Cook was my service advisor, she was prompt to return my calls & provide updated information as she received it from the mechanical staff. Diagnostic this... repair that... I was one happy cookie when I left there. Pricing is standard MB... service was exceptional... and I loved seeing all those Benzs in the lot, I’ll have one in EVERY COLOR please & thank you... And to answer the question, was it worth the drive??? That’s a YES!!!! I think if I lived closer, I’d make this my dealership of choice. But since I don’t, it will be my “back-up”. ************ Previous review ************* Quite an expansive selection of vehicles; as far as the eye can see. New & previously owned vehicles are the nature of the beast. Walking the lot, I felt as though I could take one of every model... Talk about a FLEET!!! Hello!!! I found the salespeople to be friendly, but not many in number. I guess this can be a plus, no harassment and a minus, you have to scour the dealership for assistance; or at least wait your turn. Far off the beaten path, this dealership is a little more remote than I care for, but hey, that's just me. I personally know an individual who was unable to get an appointment at the MB Dealership in NOLA, But was able to get an appointment readily at this location. 6 one way 1/2 dozen another.

02/01/21, my husband calls about a used Lexus that was on the website. We go test drive. Shawn makes as if the deal was good. I sensed something fishy going on because the car was parked in the back behind a used Honda. The price had been reduced earlier that morning. Normally, when a buyer states they are interested the sales person tries to make the sale. No one tried to make the sale. We were told to come back tomorrow. Not even asked if we want to buy that night or take the car home (which was offered the previous times before). Shawn stated that he would not be at work the next day but introduced us to Trey. Trey was very nonchalant and uninterested. My husband called Trey the following morning. They told him to come in. As my husband is on his way, (10 minutes later) Trey called back to say the car was sold. I'm upset because I'm 8 months pregnant and my energy and time was wasted. The dealers were holding the car for the price to drop or be reduced for someone. They could have simply stated the car was already on hold for someone else. They did not have to let us waste our time asking questions and test driving the car. I will not be back to Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge (not even for an oil change). Seemed like a scam to me. Knowing my husband was only 10 minutes away, Trey didn't even ask him to come in to find something comparable. He just let the sale go. He didn't want our business or money.

Absolutely horrible dealership when it comes to the Sprinter service department! Dealt with numerous people from an advisor to the service manager and they were not able to take care of us nor did they even try, basically sent us on our way even though my vehicle was having an issue! Definitely would not recommend!

We were shopping for a used SUV & Jason Tarver was the bomb! As first time buyers we were nervous walking into dealerships, but Jason made us feel right at home & took his time walking us through ever part. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!
