Some cautionary notes regarding services from Manager Dale and Dealer Roberto - their customer service is terrible. Once you purchase a car from them, you will not get any support after signing the papers, and there is no follow-up for customer inquiries. You will get ignored. I had been a loyal consumer of MB and have leased few MBs last six years with good relationships with MB dealers in a different state. Whenever I had a question about my lease and car, their response was always quick and reassuring as they provided detailed answers. But working with MB Beaverton has been a nightmare. I leased a new MB at MB Beaverton last year. When I signed the papers with them, they promised to waive the remaining statement balance from my previous lease contract. MB finance recently sent me a final statement from my last contract, but to my surprise I found out that the monthly payment was not waived. So I had to pay the remaining balance to finalize my previous contract. When I signed the contract with Roberto, the waive was part of the deal, but they either forgot or intentionally decided not to stipulate this part in the contract. So I asked Roberto and his manager Dale to correct this situation last month. They promised they would. A month has passed since then. There is no follow-up, and they are avoiding my contact. As a once-loyal customer of MB, I want to emphasize how disappointing their attitude has been. Before signing the papers, they responded quickly and showed kindness. After signing the lease, the contract becomes none of their business. They will avoid your calls and ignore your emails when they make a mistake. Please stay away from MB Beaverton and go to other dealerships that would treat you as a valued customer.

Chris B. is an amazing service advisor I’ve dealt with for a few years now who always goes above and beyond. From the vehicle drop off to the pick-up he makes everything easy and quick. During the whole process he keeps you in the loop with updates, recommendations and suggestions. For repairs he is transparent, detailed about each repair that is being worked on the vehicle. I’m no car expert but he articulates everything so I understand why it needs to be done or what can wait. He is the only service advisor I’ve had that does not try to sell me on things I do not need. Chris has tons of knowledge on the whole line up whether it is a sedan or SUV. Even after my car is picked up. Chris is quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Whether it’s an easy question or a complex question. He always follows up even to ensure that the concern is addressed. I don’t feel stupid if I have a silly question. He tries to fit me in if the issue is emergent. My cars are like my children and Chris treats each one specially. I can't thank Chris enough for all his help over the last few years. I highly recommend Chris. ( the photo in my reviews was from a few years ago.. Chris was able to keep me calm and have MB roadside come get me. He helped me out when I was stranded.. I was able to return to work quickly within the hour of this ordeal as Chris had the loaner vehicle and paperwork ready on my arrival. )

Buying a car can be a stressful time. And purchasing a car when you are from a different state, can make that situation a bit more difficult as well. I did my research before coming out to the Beaverton area, and found the car I wanted at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. The sales consultant I chose was Norman Hunter, who made the process a wonderful experience. He was always prompt and thorough with his communications, and explanations, and an enjoyable person to work with. His years of experience were a true plus in sometimes thinking outside the box, to negotiate through a few trying issues we ran into. He went above and beyond to ease the sale and get things moving. I highly recommend him. And he is definitely on Santa's nice list for all his help.
