The parts department at this dealership is an absolute joke, I was met at the counter by a slob of a man he was dirty, greasy and smelled. "Yuck " The parts manager was absolutely rude and had no intention of helping me. I have two Mercedes vehicles one new one 2014 that I'm getting ready to trade, needed a couple of small parts to make my trade perfect. I live closer to Bloomington now but I will return Springfield Mercedes to buy my new s580. You can tell how unorganized the service area at this dealership is there are Vehicles absolutely everywhere nowhere to walk or Park, I will never darken their door again.

By and far the worst experience I have ever had to schedule service with a dealer. Nobody answers in service and they never call back when you leave a message. Every other dealership I have ever had contact with is eager to work with you on setting up service, here it is clear they just don’t care. Going to schedule with Isringhausen instead, but want to finish process here so I can give them the low score on the survey Mercedes sends.

420 for Benz oil change service is highest in whole region. So check the price before you pull your vehicle for service. Nearby dealers charging 275 -299. This has nothing to do with previous service, this is the price told for service A (oil change) for benz - dated 01/05/2021 *Update after owner reply Let me make simple for future customer. I am quoted Benz Service A- 420 & Service B -800. If you think that is competitive, best of luck and ignore my review. Owner - If above price are wrong please let me know I will update the review

I scheduled a test drive Friday. The dealership was very clean, the car had been disinfected, all personal had masks, and were very aware of health conditions. Douglas meet us and went over somethings and did not go with us on the test drive. He did an outstanding job of answering our many questions and did not pressure us but informed us. I had no intention of buying it that day but did. Everyone was very professional and even after the papers were all signed Douglas spent a long time going over everything with us. We left with the car of our dreams. I highly recommend this dealership and Douglas if you are in the market for a car. Bill Reynolds
