I worked with Samuel Kim on the lease of a GLC300 in February 2021. I live in Seattle but reached out to the Portland dealership after a frustrating experience with sales is Seattle. By contrast, Samuel was a breeze to work with: upfront, helpful, honest, and respectful of my time. At my request, our deal was mostly accomplished over email/text, with little time in the dealership.
