We needed a new tire and Brett our service advisor was awesome! He took care of it and handled everything smoothly. Our wait was minimal, the dealership was very clean and very sanitary. There were masks there if you needed them, And every pen that you used was individually wrapped in plastic for sanitation. People were very helpful and attentive. I would not hesitate to take my car back to this dealership.

All I can say is wow! As a first time car buyer, I never expected such a fun, smooth and thoughtful experience. Alex G. is an angel. He took me on an amazing test drive, completely blowing me away with safety features and luxe surprises in the car. After a bit of negotiation, I feel like he got me a FANTASTIC deal on my new GLC 300. Alex seemed to really care about me and wanted me to ultimately be happy in my purchase. Trust and car dealing would not seemingly go hand-in-hand, but Alex changed the game. To throw icing on the cake, he surprised me with a BIG RED BOW on my new purchase. If it wasn't COVID, I would've given him the hugest hug ever. Thank you SO much to Alex for a memorable and amazing experience. After an unexpected tire blow-out which was unsettling, my experience here was wonderful. Lisa is exceptional, the experience was professional, friendly, efficient, and relaxing. My bad day was turned around. George, on the sales team, was also great. I decided to check out the new Mercedes models while I was there. He was personable, professional, informative and no pressure. I was concerned going to this dealership, though it's my only option in the area. An experience I'd had in early 2020 wasn't positive. Frankly, I cannot think of any better place than Mercedes of Sarasota to have my vehicle serviced. The attention by staff and quality of care would be very hard to beat. I have always been very impressed, allowing me to leave with a vehicle that feels and drives like new! I highly recommend Mercedes of Sarasota.

So my visit wasn't planned to this Mercedes dealer. I was on my way to lake placid and got a flat tire, now the nearest dealership to my location was this one and ft. Myers. So I picked this one. I only brought the broken tire to the dealership with my friends car I was borrowing. It didn't take long for them to fix it and Lucy was wonderful in assisting me. But when I looked closer I can see that this was a very old ew\ tire. DOT was in 2017!!! We're in 2020, I'm no expert when it comes to tires, but I'm sure the age can affect the rubber especially in hot climates like in South Florida. Also, the tire was barely inflated. For 380 for one tire fix, I expected something else. Especially after I was promised on the phone that the total price would be 330. Nothing much you can do when you need a spare tire Overall, this was not my favorite experience going to Mercedes. You'd expect more from a luxury brand, you'd expect nothing but the best.
