I just experienced the best customer service of all time. I am so impressed! I am purchasing a home in another state and contacted I.C.U. Home Inspections. I needed a home inspection done quickly within the same week. I was unable to see the property before purchasing. It was imperative that the inspection report be very detailed to disclose potential issues observed. The inspector at I.C.U. Home Inspections made the process simple and stress free. I was presented with an estimate that was very reasonable. The paperwork was done electronically and I was also given several payment options. The inspector arrived on time, and took charge to complete the inspection, which was impressive because the property was not left accessible and vacant as the seller had told me. Within a day, I received an extremely detailed inspection report with photos that was easy to read and understand. The report also included a summary sheet. What a remarkable person and company. Overall, my experience with I.C.U. Home Inspections was extremely positive. I.C.U. Home Inspections has a customer for life.

We are so happy to have found Roger! He was able to meet our needs with scheduling. His ability to stay on point while dealing with the agent was amazing. His detailed inspection showed so many issues from small (missing lights) to significant (electrical, air conditioning & safety). Wow, I needed a home inspector one day and was hoping to have one by the next day. Roger was open later and that is how I found him. I was so pleased. He was so observant and thorough. He took time to show me all the spots that needed attention. He lists the absolute problems, things not up to code, etc. My friend, a former bank loan officer was impressed too. When I got home a friend saw the report with the excellent pictures to show the concern. \This is really thorough and written well. It includes pictures and arrows showing the item in question so that there should be no doubt.\ I agreed. I feel good about the inspection and feel it was entirely worth the money. If I need to purchase a house againon and need an inspector I will certainly try to use his service again.
Would recommend this company to any one buying a home! We ended up purchasing the home he inspected for us after seeing his detailed report. We were able to make our decision to move forward on the purchase with eyes wide open. Thank you Roger!
