The burritos looked good and the beer I drank was ice cold. Fish tacos were not great. Corn tortilla barely luke warm. Fish was the same. All made cold by all the cabbage, guac, and sauce all sloppily thrown together. Far from a fresh baja style fish taco I can remember. Expected better for the price and reputation. Lead employee did refund me for the taco I did not eat and was professional the whole time.

I didn't even know that there was a Rubio's close to me. But, my sister was in town and loves Rubio's so I googled the closest Rubio's to me and went. I ordered 3 of the coastal trios and was completely satisfied with the meal and so was my sister. My sister and daughter were a bit late so the tacos were cold but it didn't matter; they were still yummy! This Rubio's was well run, the food was great and given to me quickly.
I've been coming to this Rubio's since I was a kid. The staff have always been incredibly friendly. My usual is the gourmet shrimp taco plate, it's delicious, and the perfect amount of food. The menu has changed over time but there is always something tasty to order and new specials to try.
Great goood here just gives off so many great vibes food comes out fast they are speedy quick! If you need a quick delicious go here!!
