I was there for the Post Office Presentation of the new Stamp dedication Ceremony for the late Journalist Gwen Ifills who was a member of Metropolitan AME. I was there for her Funeral years ago. One of the oldest predominantly Black Church in the City.

I have come here for two events with authors, Ta-Neishi Coates and Stacey Abrams. The parishioners of this church are very friendly and accommodating. The church is beautiful and has a fascinating history.
