Fran Miller is awesome!! Professional, knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with. I sell real estate and highly recommend her to all my clients and they are always very pleased and thank me profusely. She is the most trustworthy in the estate sale business!

I was very much looking forward to estate sale shopping until I encountered baron estate sales. Customer service is so awful I don’t think I’ll ever be a customer. After getting the confirmation from an employee that the plant I was interested in was for sale, she offered to put it to the side for me while I continued shopping. I then found chairs I was interested in and was told by another employee it would be 15 for the chairs but to pay the lady inside. After I gathered the plant and chairs to pay the lady. The lady snatched the plant out of my hand and basically scolded me for finding it after she “purposely hid it”. I apologized for the misunderstanding and attempted to explain. I tried giving her 15 for the chairs but the lady said it was 20. I again, tried to explain that I received a lower quote from the employee outside. She then said, and I quote...” I don’t care what she told you, she works for me. She doesn’t know what she’s doing.” The lady, I have come to learn is the founder and President, Fran Miller. Very disappointed to say the least.
Fran sold my parents estate after my mother passed. It made the process of clearing the house much easier and less painful. She oversaw the sale herself. I never felt cheated during the process. This was over a year ago and I am writing this because I saw the negative reviews and wanted to share my very positive experience.
I have been a customer of Baron Estates/Fran for at least 8 years. The business itself is hard because you want to keep the customers happy and the clients happy. Some of these negative reviews here are so incredibly unfair and misleadding. My husband and I go to estate sales from other companies and at times we are unhappy about something but at the end of the day understand that it is a difficult task to keep everyone happy in this business. Fran has always been up front with us as customers and when we reach out to her with questions is always very receptive which we have not found in many others. The sales she is entrusted with are the top of the line which is indicative of her reputation and expertise. There is always going to be a disgruntled side. The clients often demand an unrealistic price and at times the customer are unhappy because they did not get the price they wanted I strongly recommend Baron Estates/Fran for sales both as a client and a customer
I have been buying from Baron Estate Sales for many years. Every thing that I buy is for my own use so I am very particular about the items I purchase. The prices are always fair if I buy a couch or a potted plant. The people that work for her are great to deal with and I have gotten to know them very well. As you can see by my ratting I love Baron Estate Sales. Happy shopping!
