Don’t listen to all the negative reviews! I’m so glad we decided to do this! We did the bus and boat tour,and it was so fun and informative. Mr.Hernandez was an AWESOME tour guide. Don’t forget to get the coffee inside the cigar shop. It was so good. The boat tour was beautiful and relaxing.

The worse company ever. I booked a trip to Key West on their website and went to the office next day in the morning. THERE WAS NO TRIP, and still they advertised the trip on their website! This was the day before last for our vacation. We ended up not visiting Key West and it took us 2 weeks and more than 10 phone calls to be able to get a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEL THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL and their carelessness ruined our day!
6:25 pm. Waiting for the bus to get back to our hotel. 25 minute wait. This was an extremely average tour. Would NEVER do it again. We saw basically nothing. Highway. Little Havana. Bayside. All bars for cocktails and restaurants for food were recommended for their own money making endeavors. The boat ride was only as good as seeing the sunset. The rest— including impossible to hear the narrator and delayed pick-up is unacceptable.
We did the bus tour only. Basically it was a bus ride to Little Havana. You’re better off getting public transportation and taking bus #8 for free and stay as long as you want
We did the Miami tour by bus and by boat. Thank you to Manuel who helped us and gives recommendations. All staff was very nice. Highly recommend!
