The motor in my power wheelchair burnt out so I called them and ordered a new wheelchair I had researched online. They were very helpful and polite and ordered the exact wheelchair for me and gave me a loaner until mine arrived... they delivered and assembled both wheelchairs and the prices are excellent!!! I strongly recommend them.
Call to ask information about a manual Wheelchair. Had a very rude Man, rushing me out of the phone. I guess a Manual Wheelchair is not expensive enough to get a polite customer service.
