Michael is AMAZING! I have been with Michael & Country nearly 5 years. I went in with a bad taste in my mouth where insurance and providers were concerned and admit I can be a pain to deal with. Michael is patient, understanding and always prosessional and kind. Most recently I rented a car and traveled to California and was hit in a hit and run. Michael and Country were there every step of the way making everything non stressful for me in a nightmare situation! Everyone should go see Michael!

I will never use these people again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone, they never pick up there office phone so you have to call the 1-800 number & they are completely rude. They DO NOT work with you when anything happens. They say one thing but then cancel your policy and stick you with fees. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVIN THEM NO STARS BUT IY WONT LET ME
