So very pleased with the staff and how well they took care of my little Bella, had a bad experience at a previous groomer,we always do the Boo cut on our pom,and have had a hard time finding someone to cut her right since we moved here..So was nervous to see this cut...they did an Awesome job! just a perfect cut,very pleased with how she looked when I picked her up. Highly recommend them!

They did a good job on bathing my dogs. They came out looking fresh and nice. However, I feel like the prices are very high compared to other groomers in town and even Petco. I asked the price on the phone but I probably should have asked again when I dropped them off. I was charged 95 for two large dogs baths (no grooming), I didn't want to argue so I just paid, but won't be going back since there are a lot other groomers in town with competitive prices. Anyways not dissatisfied with the service just the prices. Also, I didn't know it was also a pet shop before I went in, just an fyi.
This store does not properly care for any of its animals. They neglect them and the animals’ health clearly reflects the treatment. Many of the animals are kept in extremely filthy and unhealthy living conditions. The pets are in overcrowded living spaces, show signs of being underweight, and show signs of sickness which is visible in their fur and skin. These animals deserve much more than being exploited for people profit.
