The had the opportunity of working with Mark, Mike, and Joe. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what options I had available for mounting my TV, with great recommendations and suggestions on future projects, for which I will definitely be calling the RadioActive team. Mike and Joe made quick work of installing my TV. They were personable, professional, and did an excellent job. They also made sure that my smart TV was optimized for safety and performance before leaving — I hope the photo speaks for itself, but it was stellar work from start to finish! I was excited to learn that RadioActive has a number of security, internet, and installation services which I’ll definitely be looking into as I get settled in. Pricing was very fair. They did some work for me when we refinished our basement. Over a year after the job was completed I got a letter from the owner saying that if I wanted to continue to get software updates on my home wifi networking equipment that I would be charged 100 per year. This isn't something that was in my contract or ever mentioned to me. And I would have never agreed to it or done business with them if they did mention it. Plenty of electronics companies out there who don't pull nonsense like this. Go with a company that isn't trying to squeeze 100 a year out of former customers. For updating their software! You can't make this stuff up.
