I traded in 3 Vehical’s for one. I “thought” I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape. I put 2,400 down, and after being their for 6 hours they told me I’ve been approved. I signed all the papers, and they gave me the keys. They put on the papers that it had 2,200 miles on it. But I took it off the lot with 600 miles on it. It’s been over 2 weeks now, and I get a call this morning saying I need to bring the car back, or find a way to get financed. I was so blind sided especially after the guy I had spoke with was telling me that I was refusing to give them my pay stubs. He told me “you can’t afford the car, come get your trades and bring my car back” by now, I’ve put plates on this car, put insurance on the car, and had appointments for it to get some accessories placed on the vehicle. So today, I had to return the vehicle after my credit was pulled, and went through all this. Then he told me that this happens all the time, but I’m the first one that has been this incorrigible. The sales man Lewis was incredible. He has bent over backwards to help me. It’s not his fault that the management is so careless. I washed the 2020 Ford Escape, and vacuumed it out, only to get one of my trades back covered in mud, and grease from the mechanics that were doing an “inspection”. I am truly disappointed because I wanted to do business with a local business owner. And this is how it ends. This review was my last resort, because I wanted to try to get this all resolved with the GM. And I didn’t really get anywhere. I do not recommend this dealership. But if you do choose to do business here, do so with Lewis.

Mark was so easy to work with and was patient as I weighed all the options for the vehicle I wanted. Once I was able to select the Truck that was right for me he went above and beyond getting my Ford Pass set up and making sure I was comfortable with all of the controls for my new truck. I appreciate the time he took to ensure I got the most out of all the features! I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

We were broke down and had our Expedition towed to Middlekauff. Carlos in service helped us. He was fantastic! After a super stressful day, Carlos had a technician immediately look at our rig. We were a long way from home and worried we were going get stuck in Twin Falls. Within a couple of hours we were back on the road! A super stressful day turned out great thanks to the awesome staff at Middlekauff. I highly recommend them for vehicle service!

very nice dearer! bought a new truck here recently and was very impressed. handled everything professionally, which is a lot since i'm a picky guy. transaction was very smooth and they walked me through the process so i could understand and follow with what was going on, and what was happening next. they got me a good deal on a new truck and were even able to find new offers for me and find the specific truck i needed and wanted. after buying process, showed me how to use my newly electronic truck with the app and set up, and detailed/gassed me up before i drove it off the lot. had to walk me through some processes since i have never gone to the dmv before with a new truck. all in all, great place, great prices, and would definitely recommend. great job Darin B. and team, will be back soon!
