I originally had a 5 star review posted from my experience with Midtown Kia. I had written that post prior to completing the sale/paperwork as I was waiting in their showroom to finalize the paperwork. I am retracting the 5 star review and leaving a 1 star due to the tremendous lack of customer service I have received since buying my 3rd (!) Kia from Midtown. I just feel like I was hustled. I had agreed upon a monthly amount that would fit within my budget, the salesman showed me how I was approved for the car from the finance company AT THE AGREED monthly payment. I signed off on the agreement, and as I am waiting to finalize the paperwork with the finance Mgr (I was instructed to sit on their lobby, it would only take 10 minutes for the Fin.Mgr. to get papers to sign) my salesman comes back out with a DIFFERENT arrangement, blowing my happy monthly budget originally agreed upon out of the water. I was going to be late for work, and had spent so much time already on this deal, I reluctantly agreed to it, under stress, and had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes before I actually walked into to closed/employees only area, and asked if I could get some help, and where my salesman went. I was THEN told that the Financial Mgr had been WAITING for ME for 20 minutes because he was "done" with preparing the paperwork. Okay. So I get to his office, and he HAS NOT prepared the paperwork, and I have to wait even longer, getting more stressed out. I was running so late, that while I may have opted for the extended warranty, I had No more budget left, and no more time to discuss it. Fast forward 6 weeks...I cannot get anyone to call me back and tell me the 1800 number I call to set up payments. Even after being told they would call me/my wife back. Bottom line, I feel like I was baited-and-switched, and now ignored after writing them a 5 star review and buying 3 vehicles from Midtown. I hope their Mgr sees this post, and has the decency to offer some compensation.

I arrived at my appointed time of 8:30, and there was no one to greet me as there usually is. I got out of my car and was about to walk in when a lady came out to check me in. She said it would be about an hour and a half. It was actually 2.25 hours. Apparently, one of their techs hadn't come in that morning. I was also looking over the Telluride while waiting and had some questions as there wasn't a sticker on the window. Despite seeing at least five unoccupied sales people, no one asked if I had any questions. They lost what could have been a sale. The TV in the waiting area was also really loud, even sitting away from that area. Walking past the men's bathroom to get to the women's facility was unpleasant. It smelled like raw sewage. There is another Kia dealer in town now, so I may try them next time.

I’m so pleased with the whole experience. Candice Moore was Amazing! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and we went on a couple of test drives. I went with the new K5 which is sporty and functional. Love It!! And I am so pleased with the entire Kia Midtown Team. It was a pretty quick process and am proud to be a Kia owner.

Donovan in service was really helpful and very informative! Carlos in sales was superb!!!! This was the best, pressure free, customer oriented experience I have ever had when dealing with getting a new car!!!! Carlos made sure to find the car I wanted and needed and then Sue in finance was also so helpful and found me an amazing rate!!! Will definitely highly recommend and when I need any car assistance this is where I will be going!!!! Thanks for making this less stressful for me, you are all amazing!!!

Pretty rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment. They didn't know what time. Fixed my radio/ GPS 2 weeks ago. Now they need it all day to fix the new radio.
