I will never step foot in this building or let any of the doctors touch me with a ten foot pole ever again. I have been coming here for 4 years and my experience has drastically declined. This was my first ever gynecological office, as a teenager I did not know what to expect as right and wrong. Jeri has completely ignored my input for years. I was on BC pills for awhile until my primary care physician told me to immediately get off of them because of a health issue. I went into have a consultation to get an iud put in, and she basically refused to even let me try because I haven’t had kids yet. I told her how much I did not want an arm implant or shots and she completely blew past it. It was hard to even make the appointment because a non-nursing receptionist was pushing me against an iud over the phone. I left the office discouraged and with a “sample” pack of pills I was supposed to be getting off of. I took them for 2 weeks before I discovered they had expired 13 MONTHS ago. When I called to let them know, Penny the receptionist refused to believe me and just kept saying that they wouldn’t do that. She got so rude and angry over the phone about it and kept trying to just make me a Nexplanon (implant) appointment. She refused to acknowledge that they gave me extremely expired birth control pills nor did she offer an apology. I’m absolutely disgusted with their behavior and hope that every woman can find a doctor that will actually listen to them.

It would seem a lot of people who have written reviews are the ones with bad experiences. This will be my second child delivering through MOM, they have been amazing and I have never had any complaints. They have caught issues and taken especially good care of me during this pregnancy and my last one. All the midwives are great and both doctors were great in my opinion, as well as very professional. I had an especially rough delivery my first pregnancy and Ashley was so encouraging!

I was so honestly surprised at all the negative reviews as I'm planning to have my third child there. I had a great experience and had allison deliver my 2nd child last year. I would recommend this place, jeri is also a really good midwife in my opinion.

Delivered all 3 of my babies with MOM and never had any issues. All the midwives are amazing, the office staff are always sweet, and the ultra sound tech is nice as well!

Jeri the midwife was the only person I didn't like. Both times I had an appointment with her I waited over an hour and she was rude and disregarded any concerns I had. She laughed at me and said I'd change my mind about having an epidural when I got my contractions! She brought in a student to my room (after i asked for no students as I've lost pregnancies before this one and am terrified) who proceeded to push so hard on my pubic bone it felt bruised for days. She also ignored me at the hospital when I went in with kidney stones at 22 weeks. My sons hr was 120 and she told them to send me home without any fluids to help the kidney stone pass. She was right down the hall talking with a patient after a delivery and refused to come see me. Ashley and Allison are both absolutely amazing. Spoke with Laura once on the phone and she seemed nice. I never met with Dr. Barnes or Dr. Durso. as every time I had an appointment they were at a delivery. If Ashley or Allison had their own office I'd go to them but I wasn't willing to chance having Jeri deliver my son. At 23 weeks I transferred to another office. I won't go back to them.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Do not come here. Wife would rather have no doctor than see these lying, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional, fake and lazy human beings charading around as caring medical personnel. Please, do not patronize this "establishment", it is not worth the risk.

Terrible experience here having my baby and dr. Durso is an extremely rude and arrogant man. He tried every fear tactic he could to try to get me to have a C-section. Luckily I am an educated woman and knew that my body is designed to have babies naturally, and that’s exactly what I did. No thanks to the doctor or staff.
