The Tesla app does not work. I tried multiple times to send a message, but the message did not go through. There is no way to speak to someone at the center for a quick fix. Complete reliance of technology only works if the technology works. This is the second time I had this problem. I don't know if it's just the Milford center or if it's universal. I will never purchase another Tesla. There are now other EV autos with good human service centers.

Very good. I took a test drive and they let me take a second unscheduled test drive in another car as well. Salesmen were straight forward and not pushy and just let me take my time.

Today we went to test drive a Tesla. They were overbooked for the day and there was a possibility that the car we waited to test drive would not be available. Malcolm was very nice and said he would work to get us in the car we wanted. Upon arrival he helped us test drive a Model 3 while the Model Y became available. It was a great experience and better than we had originally planned as it provided us the option to see and compare the two vehicles one after the other. Allen was also very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the car itself. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop by and see Allen and Malcom at Milford Tesla.

As expected, the service that I recieved was great! My vehicle needed a respray on both the driver and passenger doors. This was done at an authorized Tesla auto body shop ( New Haven Auto Body ) via this location. I was given a loaner while Tesla worked on my car. The loaner was a blue 2015 model S 70D I must say in regards to the car's technology, it felt like going backwards from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 4. Tesla has come a long way in five years, truly amazing. Considering the loaner was five years old, it road and handled like new. The service writer (Devonte Quarles) communicated the process regularly to me via text, email and phone calls. I would highly recommend using this facility for your Tesla's service.

Allen from the sales department was absolutely wonderful. From my test drive a month ago to my delivery on the 14th Allen helped me with all my questions and concerns. Very respectful and professional. Other staff members were also helpful whenever I called with a question. 10/10 would recommend.

I called ahead 45minutes before I arrived for an urgent repair. When I arrived they greeted me by name and escorted to escorted me to their modern waiting room. Free coffee or water and modern, trippy music. They fixed the car in less than an hour and I was on my way. I forgot my briefcase there, so they called within 15 minutes of my departure, so I could come back and grab it before they closed. Great service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you are looking to buy a Tesla, do NOT buy from this location! Go anywhere but here.... They barely answer their phones, if they do they think they're better than you and belittle you because "their knowledge is superior." Multiple poor experiences and finally decided enough is enough! Thought Tesla was a cool car until I spoke with these "humans."
