Dropped off at my appointment time for an airbag recall service. Sent a text to ask for a service update 3 hours after drop off and no answer. Sent a second message accompanied by a voicemail another 30 minutes later. Finally received a call back that my car was ready. Pickup was pretty disorganized as well. Don’t quite know when my car had been done being serviced but it took 4 hours to be back and out with my car. Their service system seems a little inefficient.

my car was in excellent condition, the computer check showed that there were no problems, 6 hours after the check my car showed a problem (check the hybrid system) very strange that it happened that day after visiting the service. the next day, the service informed me that I needed to change the battery for 4600. I do not believe that this is a coincidence

My experience at Vancouver Toyota was top notch! They got me in quick, they told me my 5 point inspection/Oil change would take little over an hour and it did, no problems, no complaints. They were all nice and welcoming. They even gave me a better discount then what was on my coupon. These guys are great! I will continue getting my 2007 FJ Cruiser serviced there!

People were great. Actual vehicle service was good. Price is high. Car pick up is a zoo with no rhyme or reason. Hopefuly someone notices you when they get off the phone and ask if they can help. Even a basic take a number system would be an improvment.

Wont be buying from them again, go down the road to honda. *edit* They reached out and offered to help us resolve our issue by scheduling a free detail. We arrived to our scheduled appointment and began to wait but about 2-3 hours in we asked about the progress. They apologized for the delay and gave us a rental car for the day. When they finished we picked our car up and got a giftcard for the delay. While we wish the original issue never happened we are happy they attempted to make up for it. While we no longer feel they are the best car dealership in the area we will shop here again in the future if the deals are good.

Everytime I go in for service they quickly check me in and let me know how long it should take. The furniture in the waiting area is VERY well used. But the people are courteous, keep you well informed about the service.

Good people. Listen to your reports and issues, get the work done promptly - and have coffee to sip while you wait in comfy chairs. I got a project done on a tall table while I waited, and they didn't charge for the diagnosis they did on something I asked them to look at.

I made an appointment to have check light services. I gave all the details and my son took the car in. He's never taken a car in to be serviced before. They asked him why he was bringing in the car. He said, " I don't know, my mom made the appointment." They said led him to agree it must just be a maintenance appt. So 250 later, they call me to see if I want them to check why the check engine light is on. WHAT THE HECK! That was the whole reason I made the appointment. They put the blame on my young son because he okay'd the basic service. When I asked to talk to a manager I was given the run around. I was having this car serviced to give my son and then buy a new car. I WON'T BE BUYING IT THERE!!!
