I fly in to Seattle every 6 months to work exclusively with Dr. Neal Bastian. His expertise with orthodontia and Invisalign are great, but what really sets him apart is his meticulous attention to aesthetics. He can analyze a smile, see its potential and get you there. He drastically improved my smile by fixing my bite, straightening my teeth, shortening my upper front teeth, rounding out my canines and suggesting a bit of Botox to relax my upper lip and reduce a gummy smile. Tina and Tammy always greet me by name when I walk in and are so easy to work with on the phone, even when coordinating flights with office schedules. Heather, Julia, Logan and Kayla worked on my teeth as well. These girls are kind, professional and fast at their jobs! Dr. Bastian and Dr. Sullivan have the best reputation around for a reason. I’m a very very satisfied customer!
We just had our first appointment and I already think they’re amazing. The staff is just lovely, everyone we spoke to was kind and looked happy to be there. Dr. Sullivan actually took the time to explain every thing to my son (the patient) and not directly to me, which made him feel great as well.

The BEST! Extremely knowledgeable and transparent about treatments available. My daughter has been a patient for 15 years (off and on due to hereditary issues). Everything paced and planned with care and compassion! Because of her great care I’m now getting my crooked teeth straightened with Invisalign, same as my daughter. So happy with the changes after just seven months! And I’ll be done soon! Everyone in the office is great!
