Phil and his service team did an outstanding job repairing my 2015 Forrester as a result from an accident. After requesting my insurance to use Miller Subaru Phil took over and made my experience hassle free! I was provided a loaner car (2021 Forrester!) for the duration of the repair. When I took delivery of my car it was spot clean and perfectly repaired. A special shout out to the gentleman in the repair bay who helped make sure I had critical belongings from my car before the repair - thank you! I just wanted to complement the incredible customer service I received the past 2 days at Miller Subaru in Lumberton, NJ off of Rt 38. Phil Camarre helped me check my vehicle in yesterday with one of his staff members, Renee, and was able to give me a loner vehicle for the past 2 days so I could do my job. Another staff member, Laura Smith, called me and told me she called the company that takes care of my car, but the tires I needed may not come in until Monday. Since my family and I are leaving for vacation tomorrow, I was in a difficult spot. So Laura went above and beyond to find different tires for me and expedite them so my car would be ready by tomorrow. This was extremely helpful and I know Laura cares about her customers, especially during this pandemic and these most difficult times our country has ever faced. I feel good knowing there are still great people out there and great customer service, especially when you go to get your car fixed because I drive so much for my job!!!!!!
