Wow -- what a terrific experience! Chris Mitchell made the ordering process quick and easy; and he facilitated my energy rebate application -- it couldn't have gone better! His installers -- Cory, Mitch and Jason -- were absolutely outstanding!! Friendly, professional, worked seamlessly with us as the install proceeded, and literally improved the outside trim on 4 windows that had been poorly done. These guys are as good as it gets!!

Just finished having all the windows in our house replaced. After having to put the project on hold due to the fires, it is finally done. The experience we had with Mitchell Window and Door was exceptional. From Chris to the last worker that left our property it was a very positive experience. They worked around our schedule and were very professional. The crew was awesome and very courteous. And clean up was A. They may not be the least expensive but in my view you get what you pay for. I recently had an Anderson full view storm door with retractable screen installed and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I had begun with trying to purchase the door through Home Depot and after 3 days of conflicting claims, calls not returned etc. I gave up. I have never had so much trouble trying to spend my money. I then called Chris at Mitchell Window and Door and got immediate response, questions answered and the door professionally installed. I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation. Did I pay more? Yes, a little more, but the peace of mind and the attention to detail was worth it. I would highly recommend them for any of your window or door needs.
