We rented an economy unit for 3 nights in Moab for cost just over 1000.00 The problems we reported to the management were: - They advertised the home had "Basic Appliances" included in the kitchen but there was not a dishwasher..... which we assume is a basic appliance. - Cleaning problems were hair on shower walls, very dusty and floors dirty. - Maintenance and general care of the unit problems were paint and drywall falling off, ceiling above shower cracked and rotten, rips in seam of sofa, bleach stains in carpet. When we reported this to Vacasa, the company said that the unit was inspected and therefore there could not be any cleaning issues. If we wanted to upgrade to a nicer unit, they could accommodate us for an additional 500 more. As a first experience with this company, we were not impressed with the care of the home and will not be using them in the future
Clean house, managers were very responsive! We loved staying in a vacasa home in Moab.
Our stay was good. Apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We added a night to our stay and the staff was helpful. Would stay there again if in Moab.
I love staying in a Vacasa condo. Everything is clean and organized. The staff is very helpful. We enjoy our stay every time.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family trip. We loved that everything we needed was there.
We LOVE Vacasa. The homes are always a pleasure to spend our vacation in. If we ever have a problem, the local staff is quick to remedy it. Will stay again.
