This is a fantastic place to take your vehicle. They do an amazing job of communication and repair. I was especially impressed with Joe Sonnier. He is an excellent manager who will text you and email you and keep you informed all the way through the process. Even though my car was repaired over the holidays he still maintained excellent communication and took care of me. Santa came early foe me. He was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure my car was put back to BMW standards. He and the shop are excellent at working with the insurance company to make sure that your vehicle is going to be repaired correctly and professionally. Don’t mess around with taking your car anywhere else but here. If you want it done right this is the place. Tell them Robert sent you.
