I personally would never recommend them to anyone. Ordered a bag December 20, 2020 here it is January 15, 2021 only thing I have ever received from them was a confirmation email stating. “Thank you for shopping with us. We have received your order. We'll send a confirmation after your items ship.” Tried calling on the phone got a personal voicemail. Left message on Facebook never was even looked at. Sent multiple emails and no response. Finally ended up sending messages demanding a refund highly doubt I will ever see it because I did not do my research first which lesson learned this is a SCAM. Looking at the website you would not think it is a scam. Website looks legit and really professionally done. Wish Google had a zero star rating because they would get one for me instead of a one star.

Placed an order on July 2, 2020. On July 18, 2020 I recieved an shipping notification email without tracking information. Multiple phone calls and emails later was I inormed oh sorry we issued a refund instead. So apparently the company is selling items they don't really have.
I placed an order over a month ago. Still haven't received it. I've emailed and called the company several times. She emailed me on Aug. 13th and said that my order had shipped but no additional information. (No tracking number. No date.) As of today I still have not received my order. I've called several times, left my contact information, begged for at least a call back but nothing. No email. No call. Nothing. I believe this company is a sham. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
I never recieved my bag, no emails or phone calls were returned. I ordered this bag in July of last year, and still I'm being neglected. This is a scam! Dont waste your money. Go with Montanawestworld, or some other reputable busines.
This company charged twice on my Debt card 72.95 both times, which was not authorized by me. This company will not reply to my emails nor to my phone calls, when I request receipt on these charges. ---I am the only authorized user, provide me with receipts of these sales, you now have at least 4 emails from me. One through your store mail form. Not to mention several phone messages that you don't reply too!
