I’ve gone different days out of the week and and at different times and haven’t haven’t had a chance to find this place open. The I googled it today and they’re closed. Does anybody know a place that actually opens and does good work on men’s shoe repairs?

Sadly, I am unbelievably frustrated with Montana's Shoe Repair. When I first started seeing him 2 years ago, he did beautiful work and often would have things done the same day. Over the last 8 months, his work is still beautiful, but he never meets the commitments he makes on work completion. Often I will go to his building during office hours and he is closed. He doesn't answer his phone. This last pair of shoes I brought to him over 3 months ago. I've gone in to see him or called him at least 8 times. I'm not kidding. Each time, he tells me it will be ready on Saturday....or Tuesday....or Wednesday. He'll tell me they're almost done, or a worker took them to storage and he has to find them. Now he tells me they are so much worse than he thought and its taking a lot to fix them, but I thought he was almost done? I know he has challenges with workers as well as family responsibilities, but you cannot continuously tell customers when things will be completed and not do it. I paid him for the work 3 months ago. I'm tired of going to see him and calling over....and.... over. At this point, it feels like he is just lying to me and I will never get the shoes or the money back. I recommend you go anywhere else but here to get your shoes repaired.
Excellent job, done on the spot. Heel came off a 175 pair of shoes that were not even 2 years old. Grateful he was there to take care of it.

I would give them zero stars If I could. The man took 5 months to fix my shoes!!!! Yes, no joke, no hate, no exaggerating. He took 5 months to do a simple fix that with his tools would take him like 15 min to fix both shoes. The first time I went there he told me to pick them up next day, i drove like 20 min to go there and he told me to come the next day, I went again and nothing! He had my shoes under some other dirty shoes, they look worst! He would tell me shoes are ready come get them, like 8-10 times! I drove back and forth. He never had them ready. He promise me that tomorrow for sure, but he would come up with lame excuses or would not answer his phone. There is more to say, but I think its enough. The price is a little high. The job was done, but the shoes where more damage, since he just throws them anywhere on top or under other shoes. I Don’t Recommend This Place To Nobody!
I wanted new soles for my favorite pair of boots. He quoted me 1 week. It’s been 5 weeks and still no boots. Every time I stop by the store there is always an excuse and it’s always they’ll be ready the next day. When I show up the next day they’re still not done or he’s not even at the store. While waiting for him yet one more time,at the time he specified, not only was he not here, but I met another customer who was also told the same thing as me. Turns out they have been waiting three months for their shoes. If you enjoy wearing your shoes, I do not recommend bringing them here .
Doesn't keep promise dates for work. That is besides the point, owner has a very bad attitude. Definitely do not reccomend!
Great place brought my old boots they got fix better than new and I highly recommend this place.
