Very happy with the service from Moore’s and the finance company they use after being turned away by two other RV dealers because they didn’t want to take the time to work with us on our needs. Yes we ended up with a slightly smaller camper than we wanted. But after having it for a month and our third weekend in it it’s perfect for us. Plus our payment is about 50 dollars less than I was willing to pay with the extra 7 year warranty

We found Moore’s RV at the RV Show in Cleveland this past January. We found a camper that we liked, and the salesman dealt with us very personably and professionally. When we went to pick up our camper in March, it had been ordered from the factory, and unfortunately, it was much different than the one we had picked out. Moore’s RV immediately took steps to correct the situation. I was afraid they would really try to talk us into taking the one that was wrong, but they did not. They made it right, and we came home the following weekend with the camper that we had picked out. When we picked it up, Jeff in the service department walked us through everything. He was very patient with us as we asked a LOT of questions. We left with the confidence that we needed for our new camper that was quite different than our previous one. As with any new camper, there were a few things that needed to be addressed after we camped a few times. We took it into the service department and one day later, they called and had corrected everything. From the sales staff, the accounting department, and the service department, they make you feel welcome and are very accommodating. I would highly recommend Moore’s RV.

Just purchased my 2nd travel trailer from Manuel and Bob at Moore's RV. This wasn't a planned purchase, but due to my other travel trailer being totaled due to frame damage, it became necessary to purchase a new unit. Manuel and Bob have always treated me great, as has their service department. This particular purchase had a twist. I was 2nd in line on a used unit as they had already received a deposit on it. I held out hope that the buyer on the used unit would flake. Manuel and Bob offered me an AMAZING deal on a new unit if the buyer on the used unit actually bought it. Thursday night Manuel calls and says that the used unit is mine as the first buyer flaked. I was actually saddened by the news as I preferred the new unit. Friday morning comes around and Manuel calls me. He tells me that he and Bob decided to sell me the new unit at the amazing price they offered if the used unit sold, They told that they did this due to my patience of waiting on the first buyer, my continued patronage of their store and how easy I was to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moore's RV!
