I was very happy when I picked up my car. Then I went for the first oil change, which was supposed to be free. I got a bill for 200. I spent weeks debating this with the dealership after the fact. Of coarse, I was correct. Come end of my lease, Someone named Paul told me he was unable to negotiate a buy out on my lease over the phone, although we are currently in a pandemic. I am not sure if he has ever sold a used car before but I would confidently say that I would never do business with these crooks again.

Sheri took her 2016 Volkswagon Tiguan to Morong to get a recall notice (airbag) taken care of. Was advised that the work would take 2 hours. It took over 5 hours. BUT worst of all, they broke the rear view mirror & had the gall to claim that it came in that way. VERY unsatisfied.

Great service experience! Desiree was great and explained everything to me. I have now serviced both my cars there (neither being vw) and will continue coming back! Waiting area is cozy with a woodstove burning. Close to some nice trails to spend time while I waited. I loved that the employees genuinely wanted to help, and gave great advice.
