When I had a non warrantied problem with my Mosquito vacuum cleaner I called Mosquito to find out how to get my vacuum cleaner fixed. The tech that answered the phone immediately started trouble shooting my vacuum cleaner, I was not put on hold I was not told to call another number but rather I got immediate service. Though the problem with my vacuum cleaner was not under warranty Mosquito replaced my vacuum motor, my dome filter, and my electrical harness absolutely free! In a world where speaking to a human being rather than a computer can be a challenge, dealing with Mosquito was extremely easy and refreshing. I would recommend Mosquito products to anybody. Thank you Mosquito for an amazing experience!
