Woke up and saw bedbugs. normally I have great stays at this place but not only did they put me in an upstairs room on march 8th I should've been put downstairs. I have epilepsy. On top of that my room was hard to locate upon arrival. The front desk lady was refusing to help a customer because his door wouldn't even open because of the key scanner machine on his door was needing a new batteries set for the keycard scanner. These people went from great customer service to awful service in less than a week.

Clean room, tidy beds, great mini fridge and speedy microwave. Wifi, large flat screen tv with a ton of channels. Ample parking for my truck towing a trailer. We stayed 3 days, hooked our XBox to the TV, slept well, had movie marathons. For the price, with my pets staying for free, we were quite happy. Loved watching my cats slide across the vinyl flooring. The cons: the A/C, despite being on the lowest setting, and us being on the bottom floor in the middle, never got the room cooler than 72. Housekeeping is fantastic, but maintenance in Motel 6 is not what it used to be. (See photos) Why is there only 1 temp coming out of the sink, cold? Water pressure is low, so it's more like a casual rinse getting the shampoo out of your hair. The floor is uneven, spent 3 days wondering if the microwave would fall off the fridge. The bathroom door lock is waiting to dive to the floor, where it can fall into the wall hole and disappear forever. So afraid of theft that no extra rolls of TP were provided, so we asked housekeeping.
Cleaner than expected given the rating. Pretty decent really. No breakfast tho.
I have been a frequent to this motel for a long time, its really convenient for last minute room needs if you stay a good distance from the area. Well last night around 1 or 2 when i usually know if im going to drive home or not. Well i had decided with what i had drunk previously i didnt need to be driving so i went ahead and attempted to get a room like normal BUT this time the guy wasnt as friendly and didnt even speak just came to the window and looked at me, he has seen me a few times before so maybe he’s tired of the same people. But he just LIES and says he cant give me a room until “after 7” or i cant get a room because its “after 7” or something like that basically just denying me a room for the hell Of it because he could. and again same indian people. I have always came to this hotel but the new management literally wont give you a room if They judge you. Its crazy how these people Get away with stuff like this.
For 54 a night I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations the staff was super friendly and helpful and very prompt and fast with check in considering it was 2 in the morning when I checked in and when I open the door to my hotel room I literally questioned why they don't charge more than 54 a night considering the quality and cleanliness of the hotel room I didn't get much time to enjoy the room or watch the TV however with a 12 check out time I called the front desk and explain to them that I checked in early in the morning and inquired about how long of a late check-out time they could give me they were very nice and told me that I can stay an hour past check out I thought that was very nice of them I certainly will be back here to visit again as in literally felt like I was at home
