Stay away from this place at all costs as they are terrible with paperwork and bluntly lie. We bought the bike over a year ago and still no registration and no title. We called them several times and they assured every time that the documents were posted and in the mail and we are given fake tracking number yet nothing has been delivered. Trying to understand what kind of benefit they might have delaying paperwork for so long. It appears from other reviews that this is a systemic issue with this dealer.

I went to get my tire changed for my rear wheel. I payed in advance. Next day they told me I had a straight valve in the back, and for convenience they replaced it with a curved valve. Look at the picture of my old tire, you can see a curved valve. The straight valve which I already paid for would have worked on my Honda Grom but without consulting me, replaced it with a curved and actually tried to charge me 9 for it. First time going there and now the last time.

Huge problem with paperwork. The prices are great and the staff was friendly, but they messed up the registration and title paperwork with the DMV. It was a huge hassle to get it fixed. I was riding for six months on a bike that wasn't registered with the State. Ouch! -- I heard that Coleman PowerSports bought them out.
