Good people and cool stuff to check out. Very knowlegable and friendly tour guide at the temple as well. We got a bit hemmed in here because of the rain and our room lacked some basic ammeneties like a tv, shampoo, washcloths or even water glasses. There was also no ice machine or microwave. It may be worth a revisit to give it another shot but that'll only happen if we happen to be in the area for something else.

I stay at really nice places, and I enjoyed this. Its a spiritual place, and its simpler that what most of us are used to. If you think this is a Mariott, you'll be disappointed. I had a two bed private room. There are no TVs and the religion does not 'do coffee'. It has WIFI that works, and I liked the quiet. The room was clean, the people were wonderful. Really wonderful. There is a little bit of a language gap and things don't work like a Mariott, but for what it is, its really nice. Id encourage you to have this experience. I'm going back in a few weeks to get a cabin. I'd suggest three full days (2-3 nights) to visit the golden palace, attend ceremonies, and attend the yoga workshops (I strongly suggest you enroll in the program and pay for extras like the bhakti yoga). Although they are Hare Krishnas, they don't overload you with it. They are polite. Its OK to chant as a Christian... they just want you to chant. Great experience.
Nice accommodation arrangements near temple.
A beautiful palace set in sylvan woods, perched atop an incline giving a panoramic view all round. The palace is majestic. Ornate carvings and filigree in black and gold, offering a stark contrast. The monument is built on a raised platform presenting a gpod photo opportunity from below with the palace as a backdrop. Tours are held every 30 minutes. One must enter only with a guide. Mid-session entry is not allowed.

Best place to visit very beautiful. Every person there are very helpful and nice. Had a great time there and will definitely go back soon to visit again
